Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, your day revolves around enhancing the testing lifecycle by integrating continuous and efficient quality engineering practices. You focus on streamlining processes to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the testing phases. Your role involves evolving testing strategies by leveraging automation and innovative solutions, aiming to make testing more predictive and intelligent. Collaboration with various teams to implement these improvements and maintain high standards of quality is a key part of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Continuously monitor and analyze testing outcomes to recommend enhancements for future projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
• Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential areas of risk or failure.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
