Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with established frameworks and collaborating closely with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and potential risks. The role requires a focus on maintaining high standards of service quality and cost efficiency while steering the delivery team towards successful project completion. Additionally, the position involves proactively supporting business growth by contributing innovative solutions and fostering excellence in delivery practices, ensuring sustained profitability and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Lead coordination efforts among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables to maintain schedule adherence and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks relevant to technology delivery.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within complex project environments.
• Ability to analyze and optimize service quality and cost parameters to drive project profitability.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Capability to innovate and implement solutions that enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
