This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The position demands a thoughtful approach to creating robust frameworks that support evolving business needs while ensuring seamless integration and long-term sustainability. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align architectural strategies with organizational goals is a key part of daily activities, fostering innovation and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance technical capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES, General Electric (GE) Proficy Manufacturing Execution System. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with General Electric (GE) Proficy Manufacturing Execution System. - Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance manufacturing execution systems. - Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions. - Experience with integration of manufacturing systems with enterprise applications and data platforms. - Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to manufacturing technology architectures.
