This role requires active collaboration with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology solutions. The position focuses on shaping strategic directions by integrating emerging ideas and best practices, while maintaining a trusted advisor relationship with clients. The workday is dynamic, involving continuous interaction with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of business and technology transformations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery quality and efficiency. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration. - Experience in designing and implementing complex business processes using SAP ABAP on HANA platform. - Ability to optimize code performance and troubleshoot technical issues within SAP environments. - Familiarity with SAP development tools and methodologies to support agile delivery. - Capability to analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
