Location: Hyderabad

Must have skills: Product strategy, Product roadmap, Requirements gathering, User stories, Customer research, Market research, Data-driven decision making, Product analytics, A/B testing

Good to have skills: SQL, Data visualization, API understanding, Figma / Wireframing, UX / UI principles, Competitive analysis, Product-led growth, Pricing and packaging

Experience: 5+ years of experience is required

Educational Qualification: BTech / BE mandatory

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities: Setting and ensuring the company achieves specific KPIs in product-related metrics, such as activation, acquisition, conversion, retention, referrals, and revenue

Performing detailed product analysis which covers the product management funnel with all its aspects

Improving various aspects of customer experience, such as early marketing impressions and new account onboarding

Finding new ways to make our products more profitable and identifying the best outreach channels

Determining and monitoring the effects of the metrics optimization

Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Graduate with 5+ years of experience in growth product management

Prior experience in the EdTech industry required

Proven experience in Marketing or Data/Project Management

Analytical mindset and deep understanding of data visualization techniques

Good knowledge on SQL queries

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
