Senior ATOSS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior ATOSS Consultant to join our team and lead complex implementations of ATOSS workforce management solutions. In this role, you will be part of end-to-end project delivery for enterprise clients, translating business requirements into robust, compliant, and efficient system configurations. You will play a key role in optimizing workforce processes - including time & attendance, demand-driven scheduling, personnel deployment, and employee self-services - to enhance productivity, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver end-to-end ATOSS Workforce Management implementations, from project kick-off through go-live and post-implementation support.

• Run requirement-gathering workshops with client stakeholders to analyze HR processes, workforce challenges, integrations, and compliance needs.

• Design ATOSS-based solutions, producing functional specifications, process blueprints, and best-practice recommendations aligned with client objectives.

• Configure and customize the ATOSS platform, including time models, shift planning rules, access rights, reporting, analytics, and system interfaces (e.g. payroll, ERP, SAP).

• Collaborate closely with project managers, client teams, and internal delivery teams to ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and high-quality outcomes.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting decision-making and ensuring long-term solution adoption and value realization.

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on experience with ATOSS Workforce Management software, with deep expertise in configuration and implementation.

• Proven experience delivering at least 3 full end-to-end ATOSS implementations, preferably in complex, multi-site and/or multi-country environments.

• Strong background in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional specification creation.

• Advanced expertise in ATOSS modules such as time management, workforce scheduling, demand forecasting, interfaces, and employee self-service.

• Solid understanding of HR processes, labor compliance, payroll integration, and workforce optimization concepts.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.

• Legal : Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal.

• What Will Set You Apart Hands-on implementation experience in the Netherlands (NL), including knowledge of Dutch labor laws, CAO structures, and compliance requirements.

• ATOSS certifications or formal training (e.g. ATOSS Academy).

• Experience with cloud-based deployments and modern workforce management features, including AI-driven capabilities.

• Integration experience with SAP, other ERP systems or payroll providers.

• Exposure to large-scale, international rollouts with multi-country compliance requirements.

• Additional European languages, especially Dutch.

• Additional Information Flexibility for occasionally travels for key project deliveries and client meetings.
