About the role
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SOC Manager to lead and manage Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and Managed Security Services (MSS). The role is responsible for delivering and managing security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day security operations, drive incident response, and continuously improve cybersecurity processes and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage SOC operations to ensure effective 24/7 security monitoring and incident response Deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience Oversee Managed Security Services (MSS) delivery, performance, and service quality Coordinate and guide SOC analysts in detecting, analyzing, and responding to security incidents Establish and maintain SOC processes, workflows, and escalation procedures Ensure timely identification, investigation, and resolution of security threats Work closely with internal IT teams and client stakeholders to strengthen security posture Drive continuous improvement in SOC tools, processes, and capabilities Prepare regular security reports and operational metrics for leadership and clients Support compliance and audit requirements related to cybersecurity operations
Key Requirements 7–9 years of experience in cybersecurity or security operations Proven experience in managing or leading SOC operations and/or Managed Security Services (MSS) Strong understanding of security monitoring, incident response, and threat management Experience with SIEM tools and security technologies Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle high-pressure security incidents and make quick decisions Preferred Qualifications Cybersecurity certifications such as GIAC (highly advantageous) Experience in building or scaling SOC capabilities Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001
