This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure a smooth transition to cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous evaluation of the security architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compliance within a dynamic cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and refinement of cloud security strategies to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall security expertise. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure security architecture aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow. - Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures and controls. - Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Familiarity with security frameworks and standards relevant to cloud environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable security solutions.
