This includes meticulously documenting the deployment of cloud security controls and overseeing the seamless transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security measures to ensure robust protection and compliance within a dynamic cloud environment, while coordinating with various stakeholders to support business needs effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that align with organizational goals. - Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure security objectives are met. - Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow. - Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions. - Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.
