Job Description: Accenture is seeking an  experienced SAP xECM Senior Consultant (SME)  to lead the  design ,  implementation , and  optimization  of  Extended ECM ( xECM )  solutions within a major  SAP transformation program . This role ensures seamless  document  and  content management integration  across  SAP modules  while driving  compliance ,  efficiency , and  automation  in  enterprise content processes .

Key Responsibilities: Lead the  end-to-end implementation  of  SAP xECM solutions , including  configuration ,  workflow design , and  integration  with  SAP modules .

Collaborate with  business stakeholders ,  functional teams , and  third-party partners  to capture requirements and define  content management strategies .

Design and implement  document lifecycle management ,  archiving , and  compliance processes  aligned with  organizational standards .

Support  testing ,  validation , and  training  for end-users, ensuring successful adoption of  xECM solutions .

Troubleshoot and resolve  technical issues ,  defects , and  integration challenges , escalating when necessary.

Maintain comprehensive  documentation ,  configuration guides , and  project trackers  to support  audits  and  program reporting .

Provide expert guidance on  xECM best practices ,  SAP integration standards , and  enterprise content management strategies .

Demonstrate strong  problem-solving ,  coordination , and  communication skills , enabling effective collaboration across multiple teams.

Required Qualifications: Proven experience in  SAP xECM  implementation and management.

Expertise in   enterprise content management ,  document lifecycle processes , and  workflow design .

Strong knowledge of  SAP module integration  with  xECM  solutions.

Familiarity with  compliance standards ,  archiving strategies , and  audit requirements .

Hands-on experience with  technical issue resolution ,  defect management , and  end-user training .

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with  business stakeholders ,  functional teams , and  third-party partners .

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering); certifications in  SAP xECM  or  enterprise content management systems  are a plus.
