SUMMARY Automation Architect with extensive experience leading GenAI-driven automation initiatives that enhance productivity, improve quality, and accelerate deployment frequency. Proven expertise in technical delivery and P&L management, with a strong ability to build and scale high-performing teams. Adept at aligning engineering initiatives with business objectives, driving innovation across the SDLC, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to ensure successful and measurable project outcomes.

-ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Lead GenAI-driven automation programs to optimize productivity, quality, and delivery timelines. -Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in automation architecture and enterprise-scale solutions. -Drive end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, scalability, and performance standards. -Manage P&L responsibilities, focusing on cost optimization and value realization. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives. -Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams to drive excellence. -Establish strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful program execution. -Identify and implement innovative, reusable solutions across projects and teams
