As a Pega Developer, you’ll work in an agile environment on a flagship in-house application used to manage the counterparty lifecycle within the client’s Lending Value Chain. This solution is a key part of the client’s Digital Transformation Strategy, streamlining onboarding and due diligence processes through automation and smart workflow design. YOUR MISSION: Develop and configure Pega-based components to deliver high-quality features and workflows Analyze system design and documentation, identify gaps, and propose improvements Collaborate with team members to validate requirements, clarify technical logic, and ensure seamless implementation Maintain clean code and follow development standards, version control, and agile delivery practices Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) Support integrations with APIs, data models, and external systems Share knowledge and insights within the team to enhance delivery quality and speed WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
