Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the stability and performance of systems. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals is a key part of daily activities, along with utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate effective communication within and across teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
• Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React.
• Strong understanding of front end development principles and best practices across multiple platforms.
• Experience with integrating application programming interfaces to enhance functionality and interoperability.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms to accelerate development and customization.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain system stability and performance.
• Proficient in version control systems and release management processes.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development React.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
