This role requires overseeing the configuration processes, managing integrations with various systems, and coordinating release activities to ensure smooth deployment. The position also involves establishing and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive the evolution of the solution is a key aspect of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and efficiency. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance Tools. - Strong knowledge of platform configuration and integration techniques within packaged and software as a service environments. - Experience in managing software release cycles and deployment strategies. - Ability to define and enforce platform standards that support system stability and performance. - Skilled in collaborating across teams to address complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
