Project Role : Large Language Model Architect Project Role Description : Architect large language models (LLM) that can process and generate natural language. Design neural network parameters, trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data. Must have skills : Machine Learning (ML) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Lead the redesign of enterprise processes using agentic AI, automation, decision intelligence, and human oversight. Own the transition from process discovery to measurable, production-grade transformation. Ability to use and govern platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry Agent Service, UiPath, ServiceNow AI Agent Studio and Celonis to prototype agent-enabled processes, human approvals, exception paths and enterprise-system actions before scaled implementation. Must have led enterprise process transformations that reached production and delivered measurable outcomes. Experience limited to process documentation, advisory assessments, or isolated automation is insufficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Identify and prioritize processes suitable for agentic redesign. - Reimagine end-to-end operating models rather than automating isolated tasks. - Define agent roles, decision rights, human checkpoints, controls, exceptions, and service levels. - Translate redesigned processes into requirements for AI, data, integration, and workflow teams. - Lead process pilots through production deployment and scaled adoption. - Measure cycle time, productivity, quality, risk, and financial impact. - Build reusable process patterns and client transformation offerings.
