About the role
◆業務内容企業におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進する。お客様の業務やビジネスモデルそのものを理解したうえで、管理方針、プロセスを策定し、プロジェクトの遂行を担当します。◆役割・期待主にデジタルトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトに配属され、業務とシステムの全体構想を考慮しながらプロジェクト運営を行います。スケジュール/スコープ/コスト/リソース/リスク/調達の各種管理に対しての実行を担います。・スクラムチームにおいては、常に変化に身を置き、計画変更を受け入れるようなアジャイルチームビルディング・コーチ

◆応募要件システム開発・運用経験5年以上アジャイルプロジェクトの導入経験・スクラムマスタ・アジャイルコーチ
◆開発端末・Windows10/Macbook Pro ※開発者用ハイスペックPCもあり◆ツール・Github・Jenkins・JIRA/Confluence・Teams/Slack◆技術スタック・フロントサイド：Angular, React, Flutter, TypeScript, JavaScript など・サーバサイド：Java, Spring boot, Node.js など・データベース：Oracle, MySQL, Postgresql, Aurora/RDS/Redshift, Redis など・コンテナ：Docker, Kubernetes, Microservice など・クラウド：AWS, Azure, GCP
