Project Role : Integration Engineer Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Must have skills : Laboratory Information and Execution Systems Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient and effective solutions. This role requires engaging deeply with client needs, interpreting those requirements into actionable business and technology strategies. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align technology with business objectives. Collaboration and communication are key, ensuring that the solutions developed accurately reflect the client s goals and operational demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the integration efforts by coordinating between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex integration challenges. - Continuously evaluate integration processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems. - Strong understanding of system integration methodologies and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing business and technology solutions that align with client requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions across diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with transformation frameworks and customer journey mapping.
