This role requires actively collaborating with various teams to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The work environment encourages the adoption of emerging technologies and embraces a cloud-first approach combined with agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. The engineer continuously refines and integrates components to ensure seamless performance and user satisfaction throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM). - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with cloud-based technologies and deployment strategies. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable system architectures. - Skilled in integrating front-end and back-end components to deliver cohesive solutions. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across multiple platforms.
