This position requires active collaboration to guide the design and delivery of effective solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. The role demands continuous interaction with diverse stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and to address challenges proactively, fostering an environment of shared expertise and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance project outcomes and team efficiency. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools related to Java Full Stack Development. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet client requirements. - Experience in integrating various technologies and platforms to deliver comprehensive solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
