Project Role : Full Stack Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Must have skills : Selenium Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables. - Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to existing systems and processes. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools related to Selenium. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across front-end and back-end components. - Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization techniques. - Knowledge of integrating testing processes within continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
