Job Title - Front End Lead Specialist ACS SONG Management Level: Location: Kochi Must have skills: React.js Good to have skills: Headless API driven front-end development Experience: 5 -8 years of experience is required Educational Qualification: Graduation (Accurate educational details should capture) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced React Lead Developer to design, build, and lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will own React architecture, guide the frontend team, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. Roles and Responsibilities Lead React frontend development and define application architecture Build scalable, maintainable UI solutions using modern React patterns Translate business and UX requirements into clean, performant code Establish coding standards, best practices, and perform code reviews Mentor team members and provide technical guidance Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability Collaborate closely with backend, UX, and DevOps teams Skills & Experience 5–8 years of frontend development experience with strong focus on React.js Deep expertise in React Hooks, functional components, and component design Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand, etc.) Solid understanding of SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR, and rendering optimization Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, DOM, responsive design, and accessibility (a11y) Experience with UI libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind, Bootstrap Hands-on experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and authentication Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Storybook Knowledge of CI/CD, Agile practices, and DevOps workflows Proven experience leading or mentoring frontend teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ownership mindset with ability to work independently and cross-functionally Additional Information About Our Company | Accenture (do not remove the hyperlink) About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
