Summary: In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This position requires steering teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to synchronize technical efforts and drive project success is a key aspect of daily activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular frontend development
• experience with Angular frontend development knowledge
• Experience with component-based architecture and modular design patterns.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design.
• Familiarity with state management techniques and client-side routing.
• Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Angular.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
