Summary: As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development standards are maintained consistently, while focusing on scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and quality assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software architecture to meet evolving business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
• Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
• Ability to design scalable and high-performance custom software solutions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
