This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, along with continuous evaluation and improvement of engineering practices to support project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to cloud-based applications. - Experience in managing and leading software development teams in an agile environment. - Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions. - Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability considerations in cloud software development. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
