Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that address unique business requirements. The role includes enhancing existing system components and collaborating within an agile environment to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving technologies and methodologies to meet project goals and improve overall system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL, Angular, AWS Relational Database Service.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
• Experience in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
