The role includes assisting in the definition of requirements and contributing to the design of applications that align with organizational processes. Throughout the day, there is a focus on ensuring that the solutions developed effectively support business objectives while maintaining alignment with application requirements. This position requires active engagement in problem-solving and continuous communication with team members to facilitate smooth project progress and delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Support the development and implementation of application designs that meet business needs. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application functionality. - Document processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge and project continuity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Experience in managing system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments. - Strong understanding of system performance tuning and monitoring techniques. - Ability to perform system upgrades, patches, and transport management. - Knowledge of database administration and backup strategies related to SAP systems.
