Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure that solutions are scalable and meet evolving business requirements. The engineer actively participates in refining processes and applying modern development methodologies to enhance system performance and reliability, contributing to the overall success of the project and organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team efficiency and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
• Strong experience in software design and development using modern frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Ability to create scalable and high-performing software components tailored to specific business needs.
• Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software applications for enhanced performance.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
• Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
