You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software development practices, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. - Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software designs, development processes, and troubleshooting steps. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM. - Experience in monitoring application performance and diagnosing issues using Dynatrace APM tools. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to analyze system behavior and optimize application performance. - Familiarity with integrating application performance monitoring into custom software solutions. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software and system issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace APM. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
