The position requires continuous engagement with evolving technologies and adapting solutions to align with organizational goals, fostering innovation and quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS, React.js. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable web applications using modern frameworks. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Familiarity with database design, integration, and optimization techniques.
