Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and optimizing database interactions within SAP HANA environments. - Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices. - Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of custom software components. - Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
