Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. • Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software capabilities and team productivity.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Communication Services.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Commercial Aerospace.
• Strong expertise in cloud-based communication platforms and services.
• Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions.
• Experience with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with software architecture principles and best practices for maintainability and performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Communication Services.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
