Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the developed solutions align with organizational goals. The workday often includes analyzing requirements, creating application components, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability. Continuous engagement with the project team to adapt and enhance applications based on evolving business demands is a key aspect of this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify application requirements.
• Assist in documenting application designs and configurations for future reference.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure software quality.
• Strong analytical skills to identify defects and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:

-The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. -This position is based at our Hyderabad office. -This is a Shift C role and candidates should be flexible to work in the assigned shift. -A 15 years full-time education is required.
