Throughout the day, collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is common to ensure that the software solutions meet specific business requirements while maintaining scalability and high performance. Continuous refinement and enhancement of software components are integral to delivering effective and efficient results aligned with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Coupa. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software components. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration of custom software solutions within enterprise environments. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
