You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software development, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. - Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software development processes and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Go Programming Language. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with version control systems and collaborative development tools. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques. - Knowledge of integrating software components and third-party libraries. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Go Programming Language. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
