The role requires continuous collaboration with team members to refine and enhance software solutions, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements. The work environment encourages the use of contemporary development methodologies and frameworks to build scalable and efficient applications. Daily activities include problem-solving, iterative development, and contributing to the overall software architecture to support business objectives effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in maintaining and improving existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces. - Experience with content management systems and their customization to meet specific project needs. - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software defects efficiently while maintaining code quality. - Understanding of software version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
