The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective software products that support business operations and enhance user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of software development with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong experience in software design and development principles using Python. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Familiarity with application configuration and deployment processes. - Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications. - Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
