Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Experience in designing and optimizing data models within cloud-based data warehousing environments. - Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes. - Ability to write complex queries and optimize performance in large-scale data systems. - Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in data warehousing solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
