The work environment embraces agile methodologies, encouraging iterative development and frequent feedback to enhance software performance and scalability. Throughout the day, the engineer balances coding, testing, and refining software modules while adapting to new challenges and contributing to the overall project success with innovative approaches and problem-solving techniques. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project environment. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in customizing and extending SAP EWM functionalities to meet specific business requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP EWM environments. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies. - Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.
