Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with various stages of software development, including analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing and testing code for different application components. The role requires balancing maintenance tasks with the creation of new features, often working across multiple client projects. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral, as the engineer ensures that applications function smoothly and meet client expectations through continuous improvements and updates.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Document code and processes to maintain clarity and support future development efforts.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software design principles.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
