The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software features are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions remain aligned with evolving project goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Strong knowledge of back-end development including database management and API integration. - Familiarity with agile software development practices and version control systems. - Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications for performance and scalability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
