Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Assist in documenting technical specifications and design decisions to support project transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance efficiency and maintainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
• Strong understanding of materials management processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP MM modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MM functionalities and workflows.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile practices.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
