Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer applies modern development methodologies and frameworks to meet specific business requirements, continuously improving and refining software to support organizational goals. Collaboration and adaptability are key, as the engineer navigates complex challenges and contributes to the evolution of software systems within a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must have skill – SAP FI CO, SAP S4HANA Financial Accounting Experience – 12 – 15 years Implementation experience in S4HANA projects. Strong hands-on expertise in customization in area of FI – General Ledger, AR ,AP, Asset accounting, Lease accounting – REFX. Ability to manage client solution design workshops and work with agile methodologies. Ability to ramp up junior resources in area of Finance modules. Strong implementation knowledge in area of SAP FI – General Ledger Accounting. Strong integration system expertise with SD and MM module.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
