Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly across various systems and applications. The role requires actively enhancing existing components and collaborating within an agile environment to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. This position focuses on creating high-quality, customized software that meets specific business requirements while adapting to evolving project needs and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Continuously improve software components by identifying and implementing enhancements.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and their deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
