Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to support organizational goals and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Maintain and update documentation to support software development and deployment processes.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with integration of manufacturing execution systems within enterprise environments.
• Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
