Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to build scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software delivery, ensuring that the solutions you develop are robust and adaptable to evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
• Document development processes and solutions to ensure clarity and maintainability for future reference.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
• Strong understanding of integration design patterns and best practices within enterprise environments.
• Experience with API development and management to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support iterative delivery.
• Competence in using debugging and monitoring tools to ensure integration reliability and performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
