The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration of financial systems and enterprise performance management tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
