Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the progress of application development, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions align with project goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the successful delivery of software products, while maintaining clear and consistent communication across teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve any project challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java Enterprise Edition, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of application design patterns and best practices in software development.
• Experience in building scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
