Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and operate seamlessly within existing systems. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to optimize performance and usability are also key aspects of daily activities, ensuring that the solutions remain relevant and efficient over time.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to cloud-based platforms.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure integration solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
• Familiarity with API management, event-driven architecture, and data transformation techniques.
• Understanding of cloud-native application development principles and best practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
