The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure that solutions meet evolving business requirements. The work environment encourages the use of modern development methodologies and frameworks to create scalable and efficient software. Throughout the day, the engineer balances coding, testing, and refining software elements while adapting to feedback and changing priorities to deliver high-quality results that support organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools. - Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues. - Familiarity with integration of custom components within enterprise content management systems. - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
