This role requires active participation in the design phase, ensuring that applications align with organizational processes and objectives. The position demands continuous engagement with team members to refine requirements and contribute to the development of tailored software that supports operational efficiency and business growth. Problem-solving and iterative improvement are integral parts of daily activities, fostering innovation and adaptability within the project environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kronos. - Strong understanding of software design principles and application development lifecycle. - Experience in requirement analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system reliability. - Familiarity with software testing methodologies to ensure application quality and performance.
